During a guided tour of the brewery in the Hotel Martinerhof you can get an idea of the brewing process of Martinsbräu for yourself. The finished beer is siphoned into oak vats daily. In the brewing room at the Martinerhof you can enjoy delicious beer varieties every day. All the flavours are retained in the beer.
Martinsbräu is unfiltered, so all the healthy nutrients and that magnificent naturally cloudy appearance are retained. In the Brauhotel Martinerhof there are of course no additives used to increase the storage life. It is served without added carbonates, making the beer particularly light, digestible and healthy to drink. You can expect a unique taste and a particularly fine head.
One glimpse at the raw materials and you get an idea of the high level of the brew in the Martinerhof. The ‘Beer Purity Law’ is not enough here. Handpicked products are carefully processed, so the hops, malt and water brew a beer with soul and character. The grains are organic. The clear mountain water from the Passeier Valley is also revitalised with ‘Grander’ technology.
