Martinsbräu is a beer with a very individual character and the only home-brewed beer in South Tyrol which is tapped fresh from the barrels every day.  In the Martinerhof’s Braustube, you can enjoy an exquisite beer every day.

In the Martinerhof, you are drinking a pure natural product.  Martinsbräu is unfiltered so the healthy nutrients are kept and the wonderful naturally cloudy colour remains.  Of course, no additives are added to increase the life of the beers in the Brauhotel Martinerhof.  Only the very best ingredients are used in the brewing process.  The grain is cultivated organically.  The pure mountain water from the Val Passiria is helped by the addition of Grander technology.  In addition, because the beer is poured without the supply of carbonic gas, it’s particularly light, digestible and healthy to drink.  You can expect a unique flavour and a very fine head.
