Luxury half-board at the Brauhotel Martinerhof
- Hearty breakfast buffet (daily from 6 am to 11 am) with many delicious dishes: a variety of breads from local bakers, brioches fresh from the oven, home made cakes, natural juices from the farm, vitalised Grander water, beer and sparkling wine, local sausage specialties, savoury organic cheeses from the valley, fresh fruit salad, fruits, organic marmelade and „Pseirer“ honey, müsli with delicious fruits and grains, eggs any way you want them.
- Culinary delights for dinner: Upon a beautifully set table our half-board guests are served crisp fresh salads and vegetables with a large selection of vinegars, oils and dressings. Choose your meal from our 5 course menu which includes soup, a variety of warm starters, as well as a main course of either a meat or fish dish. Alternatively, you can choose a freshly baked pizza as your main course, straight from the wood oven.
- For the finish: delightful home made desserts as well as cheese specialties from the valley
